The Hundred Day Challenge is on! But it’s not too late to join us, along with our old friends and new in the competition. 100 jumping jacks, 100 squats, 100 sit ups and 100 push ups a day for 100 days.

What do you win?
The honor and self satisfaction of completing the challenge. The muscles and getting in great shape are a killer bonus. Probably some bragging rights too.
You have 24 hours to complete your daily 100’s. Break it up as needed to match your fitness level. Take it easy when you start. Warm up first. All forms of sit ups count. Variety is the spice of life. Adjust your hand position for push ups from a standard position, to a triceps position, to a wide shoulder position. This will let you use different muscles in order to distribute the effort.
I know some of you would like to invite others from your company or who are close to you. I am ok with that. Just let me know first please.
